A Blank Tech Card is used to unlock abilities like: Bouncy, Energy Dash and Pulse Jump. These abilities can be unlocked in your ship's "S.A.I.L" program under "My Tech".

You can find Blank Tech Cards in chests or get them as a quest reward.

Currently, Tech Cards replace this item and is used in similar ways.
