The Heck is a grotesque region of organs, fleshy masses, and living brains located deep beneath the planet's crust. It bears a resemblance to the Flesh Biome, although there are organs simply scattered around. You will find that the walls are made of Blocks of Flesh (not to be confused with Flesh Blocks) and pure Brain.

There are many variations of organs lying about, whether small or huge. They appear to be hearts, intestines, or large lumps of who-knows-what. When broken, they will drop Meat Chunks. There are also small red lights sticking to every surface that emit a red glow, much like Lava, which adds to the atmospheric effects.

Another source of light in the biome is randomly spawned Tall Wooden Torches. They quite frequently spawn in water and end up as obtainable items. You can additionally find Heck Altars, which pose as storage containers. Lastly, you can find Heck Chests, which contain things like Bone Rifles.
