Acquiring Matter Blocks

Found at Crystal Laboratories on a cylindrical device. Using the device causes an explosion, and considerable damage. Titanium-tier Armor should be enough to survive the explosion and shields can block the explosion completely. Matter Blocks are spawned after the explosion. Matter blocks cannot be placed after it is mined.
