The Pulse Jump is a Tech. It allows the user to double jump and consumes 0 units of Energy. Found inside high tech chests and seems to be fairly common.

Usage

When locked-in and selected, double-tap the jump button. You can lock in techs at the Tech center located on a player's ship.
